• Diagnosed by the Audience: The name of the disorder Carla has isn't stated, but her mother says "She has all the symptoms". If it's supposed to be autism, she doesn't act very much like someone who has it and doesn't seem to consistently behave like anyone who has any particular disorder inhibiting mental ability or social interaction. Her school grades are shown to be average, and her disability seems to mostly make her quirky and socially awkward. The nature of Daniel's disability isn't clear, either; while he has a more difficult time in school, he also demonstrates that he's capable of holding a part time job.
