• Anvilicious: Pershing's interactions with the wealthy elite of Coruscant are oh-so-hilariously unsubtle and free of nuance, with members of said wealthy elite quite airily laughing about how the government in charge doesn't matter, they stay rich and powerful through it all.
• Broken Base: The political commentary broke the Andor fanbase. Some members admire it as a sign of Andor's themes and acclaim positively influencing other Star Wars shows, while other members ridicule its inferiorities to Andor.
• Padding: The look at Pershing's life on Coruscant stretches this chapter out into the longest from the first three seasons. Since he only appeared sporadically during Seasons 1-2, and never appears again in Season 3, many viewers didn't think he deserved such a huge chunk.
