• Awesome Music: The anime's opening, "SHINDA!" by Masayoshi Oishi, seems to have been generally well-received.
• It's Short, So It Sucks!: The anime adaptation moves at a breakneck pace by adapting the first 62 chapters of content in just 12 episodes. This results in some scenes being skipped over along with funny or emotional moments going by so quickly that there's hardly any time to let them sink in for the viewer.
