- Hell, Hero and Castagnoli had a tremendous 2010 after reforming the Kings of Wrestling in Final Battle 2009 that they were voted Tag Team of the Year by readers of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
- Fridge Logic: Arik Cannon, who called himself "The Anarchist" and used the Sex Pistols' "Anarchy in the UK" as entrance music, wanting to be called a King.
- Older Than They Think: Hero and Castagnoli had actually teamed together prior to the formation of the Kings of Wrestling. At CZW Breaking Point: Let the Kaos Begin, October 9, 2004, they entered a CZW World Tag Team Title #1 Contenders Gauntlet Match, and lost.
