- Game-Breaker: Gandalf and Smaug's card-dealing abilities are the best the game has to offer. Thank goodness one of them is on either side!
- As a matter of fact, Gandalf only gets to play in a game of four or more players — since players don't get to choose which characters are in play, and Gandalf and Bolg are only used with four or more players. Cue frustration from whoever plays Thorin and Bilbo when they face Smaug alone.
