• Broken Base: The designs of the characters in the Rabbit Ears Productions version. Some fans think that Henrik Drescher 's designs are highly creative and really captures the personalities of the characters. Other fans think that the designs are horribly ugly and creepy.
• Nightmare Fuel: The designs of the characters can evoke this from the viewers, such as the image of the Eater having his head split open while he's talking and the Sharpshooter's eyes poking out of his head.
  • The scene when the Puffer starts transforming into a more muscular version of himself has a brief moment where his face turns a bit nightmarish.
