• Crosses the Line Twice: Billy is killed by having a baseball bat shoved up his ass while Bound and Gagged. It's shot in such a way that it looks like Johnny is raping him up until we see the bloody bat, which has "Will You Marry Me?" written on it.
• One-Scene Wonder: Johnny's father was played by Joe Estevez, who goes full Ham and Cheese.
• The Un-Twist: David was such an obvious Red Herring that The Reveal that he isn't Johnny falls kind of flat.
