YMMV / Tekking 101

• Alas, Poor Scrappy: Smart!Tekking, it was a bit hard to see how insane the guy went, even if he was trying to kill Tekking.
• Alternate Character Interpretation: Going along with his gag dubs in certain episodes Tekking sees fit to alter the canon personalities of the characters. Such examples include;
  • Main Characters;
    • Ichigo: He's a tad more simple minded with him not even giving lip service to the fact that his go to strategy is just to shoot a Getsuga Tensho at his enemies. He also has even more issues with the death of his mother.
    • Orihime: Even more ditzy than her earliest characterization and you got it.
  • Vandenreich
    • Yhwach: Here he actually seems to give a damn about his subordinates, enough to actually congratulate them over their victories. He's also portrayed in a much more merry mood, as well as being a tad flippant over his abilities.
    • Askin: The Straight Man who points out just how much force the enemy is packing and how Yhwach, with all his power, should be able to end things himself.
• Archive Panic: His Bleach reviews alone have over 200 videos to its playlist, there's a bit to go through.
  • Though to Bleach's credit, it did end. Nowadays, Tekking does One Piece reviews, and well, he's probably gonna have years worth of reviews by the time it ends, let alone his discussion videos on the series. And then the Bleach One-Shot chapter kick-started the Hell Arc.
• Narm Charm: If there is one word that you'll find in the comment section of his videos, it would be "cringey", and yes, Tekking can be this at certain points, especially when it comes to his skits. That being said, it's what allows him stand out from other anime reviewers and it makes him just so much fun to watch. His fanbase wouldn't have Tekking any other way, and some of them take it a step further by complaining about the rare instances where he isn't "cringey" Tekking himself is fully aware of this and has accepted it into his channel.
• Visual Effects of Awesome: Many times Tekking has different versions of himself on screen at the same time and interacting with each other. Not just that but in the latter half of his Bleach reviews he's grown more adept at creating art or editing the already existing manga panels to better suit his needs.
