• Spiritual Sequel: Not only is there a shout-out to The Sixth Sense, the story structure is basically the same. it opens with the death of the ghost protagonist, Molly, who doesn't know she is dead. Although it's not revealed to the audience, the Winchesters know she is a ghost, and they allow her to go on a journey of discover in order to put her soul to rest.
• Squick: They find a 15 year old body and must cut down the decayed remains.
  Dean: Smells like old lady in here... And that would explain why.
