• Harsher in Hindsight:
  • Pretty much everything about the Mandalorians fighting back against The Empire and Bo-Katan accepting the Darksaber, once The Mandalorian reveals that Mandalore was purged and Moff Gideon took the Darksaber for himself.
  • The Book of Boba Fett goes even further, mentioning an old Mandalorian legend that Mandalore would fall to ruin if the Darksaber was ever wielded by someone who didn't win it in combat. Sabine's Refusal of the Call inadvertently condemned Bo-Katan to be forever remembered as a pariah and scapegoat for the doom of their homeworld and people.
