• Crosses the Line Twice: Cartman pointing out that "Jews can't be pirates" is yet another example of his anti-Semitism. Kyle agreeing with him as part of a Batman Gambit is chuckle-worthy. Cartman's response that Kyle has "come to terms with his 'disability'" (implicitly equating being Jewish to being mentally handicapped) is so over-the-top in its offensiveness that it loops back around to being hilarious.
• Never Live It Down: Despite regretting his decision, some find it difficult to forgive Kyle for sending Cartman, his classmates, and (inadvertently) his baby brother to a deadly Somalia.
• One-Scene Wonder: Guleed, the pirate who makes Butters and Ike understand how horrific it is to be a pirate, left quite an impact by describing how miserable his existence is.
