YMMV / Sharknado: The 4th Awakens

• Contested Sequel: While the series has never been more than So Bad, It's Good, the previous movie was genuinely a fun, goofy B-Movie with hilarious death scenes, lots of cameos, and plenty of Crosses the Line Twice moments. This film, comparitively, has much more Special Effects Failure, Z-list cameos, a plot that's twice as dumb and half as fun, and a generally tired feel.
• Fridge Horror
  • Considering the fact that the sharknado hit a nuclear power plant, unless movie logic and physics take over (given that our heroes didn't suffer much from the radiation), Niagara Falls (as well as any other place the shark/nukenado ran through) may very well become the next Pripyat.
  • Gil must have SERIOUS issues if he thought his mommy was a shark.
    • Just what did Fin and his siblings tell him about what happened to April, anyway? And why did they think a five-year-old needed to know that he was cut out of a dead shark as a baby?
