• Designated Evil: For certain routes, other love interests will be more villainous. For example, in Jack's Farewell Ending, he's nearly killed by Alfred who wanted the player to help save Rosapast by loving him.
• Heartwarming Moments:
  • Mina comforting Rupert.
  • Rupert using his blood to heal Alfred after getting shot by Daniel. Even though he thinks that he doesn't love or doesn't need love, he's able to show brotherly love to Alfred.
  • While on her first day as Daniel's maid, he helps her clean his suite and takes her to eat some of Jack's delicious cooking.
• Ho Yay: In Jack's route, Bridget tries to make the player her belonging. She even uses choice words like "I like you" and "you will be mine". This carries through in most of the Season 2 routes, where a more mature Bridget takes an immediate liking to Mina.
• The Woobie: The love interests will almost always get this treatment for their route.
  • Rupert, the charming and calm older brother. He grew up under the strict rule of his father figure and felt unloved by him and everyone else. His bitter resentment towards Harold and the will binding him to Hotel Libra Sincera was enough to make him want to break away and kill the rose garden. The only way to stop him is to love him for who he is.
