• Hilarious in Hindsight: Due to Hancock imputing the wrong information, the crew would fail the simulation. Two years later another human error, this time mismatching units of measurement would cause the Mars Climate Orbiter 1999 crash due to NASA using the metric system while builder Lockheed Martin used the Imperial.
