- Mandela Effect: Ask any viewer what happens to Malcolm at the end of this episode and they'll probably say he dies (especially since he looks very sick and weak throughout). He actually survives, after having shot Robin and Guy with sleeping darts and slinking back into the forest. As Archer's biological father, there's a chance the writers were keeping him up their sleeve for the proposed season four.
