- Some Anvils Need to Be Dropped: Yet, at the same time, it brings to mind recent developments relating to internet security and privacy, and how privacy shouldn't be infringed on.
- Disposable Woman: This could apply to Anna. It's somewhat troubling that she is the only relevant female character in the game and yet also the only character who canonically has to die.
- What makes it worse is that besides Ed, Anna has the most drive to solve her uncle's murder so it feels like a Shoot the Shaggy Dog story when she is killed.
