• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • The fact that there was a color remake made, in light of the fact that the original cartoon got a digitally recolored print for TV airings in the 90's.
  • In the original cartoon, Porky's boss makes a reference to the Rover Boys, which would become a subject of parody for a future Looney Tunes short, The Dover Boys. Tellingly, the remake alters the line to reference The Dover Boys instead.
