- It's Short, So It Sucks!: One of the common complains of the game is that it could be completed in under two hours, surprisingly short for an FPS. Because of it's brevity, the enemy design tends to be somewhat limited and on the lacking side.
- Spiritual Successor: The game can be considered a borderline Fan Prequel to Chasm: The Rift, with how the human-sized creatures resemble the Timestrikers from Chasm, and a lot of the weapons bear strong resemblance to the ones in the other game too.
