  • Anvilicious: When it comes to drone strikes, collateral damage, and foreign (specifically American) involvement in conflicts, the film's creators leave you in no doubt as to their feelings.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: The film's criticism of foreign involvement in conflict falls a bit flat in the wake of the 2022 Russo-Ukrainian War, where foreign assistance (and airstrikes by Turkey-supplied drones) has proven vital to helping Ukrainian forces fend off the Russian military, which doesn't even put on a veneer of attempting to limit collateral damage. Additionally, both the Ukrainian government and regular Ukrainians via social media having made repeated requests for further military involvement by the European Union and the US.
  • Unintentionally Unsympathetic: Sofia who claims that Americans don't care about saving innocent lives even through Harp clearly tried his best to save all of the hostages and does care and comes across as a huge bitch when she makes it clear that she doesn't care how many people will die even though that many people dying from Russian air strikes will result in possibly a global war.
