- Awesome Music: All her music can qualify as this, really. But for specific examples:
- Haza's cover of "Kashmir" is truly one of the best versions out there, if not the best.
- "Im Nin'Alu", a poem by a 17th-century Yemenite-Jewish rabbi, is quite melodic and catchy when set to music.
- "I Want to Fly", especially the version from the film Wild Orchid, is truly a fantastic and catchy song.
- Harsher in Hindsight: The lyrics of Haza's song "Le'orech Hayam" ("Along the Sea") became a lot more poignant when she performed it at the memorial service of Israeli prime minister Yitzhak Rabin, a week after he was assassinated in 1994. And the lyrics now become downright tear-jerking after Haza passed away six years later.
- Sampled Up: Her songs would be sampled by other artist from Snoop Dogg to The Sisters of Mercy.
- Tear Jerker: Ofra wanted to be a mother so much, but she would die childless. This is made even more sad if you believe in Doron's claim that she had a miscarriage and the blood transfusion to treat it had given her AIDS.
- The fact that Doron may have infected her without him even knowing.
- Some of her songs:
- "Deliver Us" from The Prince of Egypt is a major example, seeing as it's about a mother who's forced to give away her child so he wouldn't be killed. And her One-Woman Wail does not help at all.
