* HilariousInHindsight: After Nicki's [[TakeThat diss-laden verse]] on Gucci Mane's "Make Love" sparked an [[TakeThatTitForTat ongoing feud]] with [=RemyMa=], it's ironic that Gucci's own verse has this line:

** The song "Roman's Revenge" was criticized for featuring Eminem rapping his typical lyrics. Some critics believe that [[CampGay Roman Zolanski's]] revenge is on Eminem. Even more likely since she revealed in a interview that Roman Zolanski is gay.

** The music video to [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6j4f8cHBIM Stupid Hoe]], not to mention the song itself for some.
** Anaconda qualifies too, to a limited extent. See MisaimedFandom above.

* TearJerker: A good portion of The Pinkprint qualifies. The first three tracks are all ballads about Nicki's destroyed relationships in her love life and family troubles. The album becomes more upbeat after that, but around Pills N Potions it slopes right back into depressing. The Standard Edition ends with Grand Piano and Bed of Lies, both the farthest you could get from something like Anaconda.

* TheyCopiedItSoItSucks: Of course, she gets comparisons to Music/LilKim, who is probably the TropeCodifier for female rappers. There's also comparisons to Music/LadyGaga.

** The Grammy performance of "Roman Holiday" is rather disturbing.

* SugarWiki/SheReallyCanAct: Her cameo on ''Film/{{The Other Woman|2014}}'' and her voice-over on ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'' as Sugilite show she works really well in acting and puts her training from her early career days to work. This also comes through in some of her songs when she raps in a different accent or persona.

* CriticalResearchFailure: "Chun-Li" incorrectly states that the titular character the song is named after is a villain in [[Franchise/StreetFighter the franchise]] she's from. Juri Han or Decapre[[note]]as would [[VideoGame/FinalFight Poison]] if one counted Street Fighter characters who debuted outside of the franchise; given that she also named non-Street Fighter characters, [[Franchise/ResidentEvil Ada Wong]] could've also worked[[/note]] would've been much better choices to name-drop in that particular line[[note]]"So they can get on their fucking keyboards and make me the bad guy, Chun-Li"[[/note]].

** Whether or not she's in a DorkAge as of the end of 2018. Her fourth album ''Queen'' did fine critically and commercially but the blithering diss record by Remy Ma and the rise of Music/CardiB impacted her status.
