The trope name is wrong, and this is not what this trope is about. Angst What Angst is "An improbably quick recovery from emotional/psychological trauma/stress." The interactions between the heroes at the start of the film suggest that they have been stalking Akatsuki for a while, and are aware that there is more about them than meets the eye.
