- Hilarious in Hindsight:
- The name "Mugman" would become the name of the second player in Cuphead. The fact that they are both walking objects does not help.
- In fact, one bootleg keychain produced for Cuphead's Mugman used the logo for the cartoon Mugman. Jacob Lenard actually felt honored in having his work present in a bootleg, even if indirectly.
- As one commenter pointed out, the creator jumped the gun in regards to retiring Johnny and Papa, in light of the nursery rhyme they were based on "Johnny Johnny Yes Papa", inexplicably exploding in popularity in 2017-18.
