• Hilarious in Hindsight: In Ms. Tree Quarterly #10 which came out in 1993, a Vietnamese woman wears a blond wig, Sunglasses at Night, and a trenchcoat when she shoots a sleazy blackmailer dead. The acclaimed Hong Kong film Chungking Express, which has a Chinese woman who wears the exact same when she shoots some drug dealers dead, was released the following year.
