• Alternate Character Interpretation:
  • As jerky and pushy as Félix was in his first episode, this episode clarifies his motives more. He wanted to steal Gabriel's ring because his mother wanted it back in their family. But maybe, he also was motivated to steal it to gain the ability to not be controlled by anyone.
  • Apparently, the story Gabriel told everyone was that he willingly gave Emilie's wedding ring to Félix. A Pet the Dog moment, or a villain trying to save face by not admitting that a 14-year-old boy stole the ring right off his finger?
• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: Marinette has broken into Adrien's home again, bringing this up to three times. While Marinette is doing this to prevent Adrien from being withdrawn from school, this sort of creepy behavior has some viewers almost hoping Chloé does manage to expose her.
