• Crowning Moment of Funny: God communicates with his newest prophet by singing "My Sharona", except he doesn't know the words and just keeps singing the words "my Sharona" over and over again. Just the idea that God of all beings doesn't know the lyrics is a riot.
• Harsher in Hindsight: Craig is startled by how Eliza likes taking risks for the greater good, and feels bad when he hurts her feelings to stop an injury scheme. When we find out his last coworker was like her — Sanjay was a "showboating hack" but good at his job — it suddenly informs a lot of his bitterness and cynicism.
