• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: Zordon hints at a possible reunion with the Masked Rider, but nothing ever comes from it outside a brief Call-Back by Rocky in the Alien Rangers arc. Despite Dregon coming to Earth in reaction to the Rangers' interference on Edenoi, he is never mentioned again after this three-parter, not even by his supposed rival Zedd.
  • Any continuity between the two series was severed due to wanting to make Masked Rider a situation comedy and also because Saban saw that Power Rangers' ratings were on the decline and didn't want to risk that potentially poisoning the newer show. Lets just say that it backfired.
• What Could Have Been: There was a planned reunion for Dex and the Power Rangers at the end of his series but for whatever reason, they fell through and the Masked Rider Warriors were used instead.
