• Difficulty Spike: Fighting and stamina are essential to getting through Vegas, so if you've powered through the other cities by putting all of your skill points in energy, the fighting jobs and boss fights in Vegas will hand you your ass on a platter.
• Disappointing Last Level / Ending Fatigue: Completing all the New York tiers gets extremely tedious toward the end due to the massive number of consumables that jobs in the later tiers require. Players can get hung up for months on the Boss tier alone.
• Nightmare Fuel: D.E.A. Iverson from the Beat the Feds event. His picture looks like the Kurgan, and he's staring right at you.
  • The image for the 'Comedian' collection item◊ is one of the most creepy things ever. Similarly, there's Death By Detergent◊, which reminds you why this game actually has a content rating.
• That One Boss: Red Jackson in Vegas's District 5 and Dr. Hank Williams in District 7 are both very tough for the exact same reason: you'll use up most of your stun guns getting through their goons and have nothing left to use on the bosses themselves.
