• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • It would be years later when Lee Tockar, the voice of Chet, acted in another Merchandise-Driven cartoon about little ponies.
  • "Mechanical Madness" has the gang menaced by a robot who resembles Woody from Toy Story... which didn't premier until after the episode was first broadcast!
• Uncertain Audience: Perhaps the biggest reason why the series never caught on. It was based on a toyline aimed at little girls and aired weekday mornings in First-Run Syndication. However, the writing of the series was closer to something like Tiny Toon Adventures, as there were more fourth wall jokes, satire, and movie parodies that older audiences would pay more attention to and enjoy than the 5-year old girls the series was more likely made for.
