• Author's Saving Throw: The author presented a redaction for Neon Tiger's name in the June 5th 2001 strip.
• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment:
  • The pressing of the Reset Button causes Megatug to be face to face with an unknown character named 'Tempest' in Mega Man's place. The error is soon corrected. Who Tempest was or why he showed up there is never explained. He seemed to be in the middle of something.
  • The 12 days of christmas comic. Wily shows up, threatens to blow up a mountain to Megatug, and then leaves, having done nothing nefarious at all. Tug ends up wondering what even just happened.
