• Epileptic Trees: A lot of fans assume Slime Face and Dr. D. Zaster to be the same character, given how they both use the exact same head.
• Spiritual Successor: To LEGO Alpha Team. LEGO Agents later received its own successor, LEGO Ultra Agents.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: With a lineup of distinct characters for both heroes and villains, the fantastical setting of each of the sets and the vague plot built around them, LEGO Agents could have made for an engaging and fun cartoon series in the same way Ninjago did later. Alas, no such TV series ever came to be.
