• Seasonal Rot: Forged in Fury. While they have had other divisive and/or disliked albums (namely Ageless Venomous and Bloodshed), the general consensus is that Forged in Fury is their absolute worst album and is a boring, poorly-written, and excruciatingly long mess that is a chore to listen to.
• Signature Song: "Vicious Wrath" and/or "Combustion Inferno".
• Win Back the Crowd: While Southern Storm was and still is generally considered to be among their best, The Great Execution was divisive; most fans will agree that it has some excellent songs, but is held back by its extreme length and overabundance of mid-paced parts. Neither could be said for Forged in Fury, which was almost universally disliked and viewed as the worst album of their career for embodying all of the worst qualities of their recent output. Scourge of the Enthroned, however, managed to rope back in the fanbase by fixing both major problems with their recent output (length and monotony) and was held to be the best since at least Southern Storm, if not Works of Carnage.
