As a result, there are currently 37 versions of Kars (commonly misremembered as 36) stranded on Mars. The sheer absurdity of this plot point in a spinoff novel already known for its outlandishness resulted in it becoming a widespread subject for parody among fans.[[/labelnote]]

Even being turned to zombies did nothing to stop them from covering the walls in drawings, until they've burned completely. And then there's this part...
