- Ludwig, and his NB maid persona Amilia, became one of the stream's most popular guest stars. Eventually it came to a point where Ludwig displaces Jerma as the main character of the stream, if somewhat briefly.
- While officially they're just prop-movers, Twitch Chat universally seemed to like the Movers/"sleep paralysis demons," due to some of the funniest improv comedy in the stream coming from their antics and the surprise reveal Jerma became one of them after the stream turns into "Ludwig's Dollhouse."
- Memetic Mutation: The shot of Jerma leaping /thrown out a window quickly became popular as a "fuck this shit, I'm out"-style reaction GIF or in some cases is edited in with other scenes of characters leaping out of or into windows.
- Signature Scene: Emilia walking in on Jerma and Death in bed, thanks to it exemplifying the streams' uniquely absurdist storytelling in a single over-the-top moment.
- Spiritual Adaptation: A common joke among fans is that the Dollhouse streams are a modern-day version of The Truman Show, thanks to the shared premise of a memetically hammy and putty-faced man's daily life being artificially manipulated for the entertainment of a worldwide live audience.
