• Demonic Spiders: The reanimated corpses pack quite a punch, are as fast as the player, and hard to put down - and once they do go down, they'll crawl back up unless their bodies are destroyed, and sometimes attack with their hands or intestines even after that! And they're disturbingly common from first level onward and tend to come in packs. Sometimes, discretion is the better part of valor.
