YMMV / Infinity Legion: Heroes Unite

  • Strawman Has a Point: In Knight Takes Queen Ben gets hit with this several times.
    • In the opening his insistence that his teammates assistance is unnecessary is treated as a sign of his immaturity and throughout the chapter he's repeatedly told he should be more willing to work as a team. Thing is, their help came when he was facing a group of some of his weakest enemies, which he was easily capable of handling on his own (or with some Plumbers failing that) and ended up exposing their abilities to the Forever Knights.
    • Him not elaborating on the Forever Knight's background is treated as stupidly omitting vital information about their enemies, but there was little relevant information in regards to their current capabilities and goals.
    • Several times throughout the chapter he makes it clear he likes being part of a team, but simply considers calling them in for big threats like Vilgax, Maltruant or Aggregor rather than relatively smaller ones like the Forever Knights. While the others chide him for not taking the threat they pose seriously, there is merit to saving a team full of experienced superheroes for large scale threats, especially since both the Plumbers and the military were already investigating the Forever Knights.
