Fans all agree that one of the best parts of the novel is seeing this entity getting blasted by Liam's "gratitude weapons" and they were all dejected when he seemingly blinked out of existence in Volume 7. When he comes back at the start of Volume 8, by absorbing the Star Poison and all the resentment of the elf armada, yelling "REVIVAL!" the fans cheered with glee at the prospect of seeing him start to get slapped around again.
