  • And You Thought It Would Fail: As Jiménez revealed in Cuarto Milenio, the execs weren't sure that inviting YouTube personalities to the show was a good idea, but they changed completely they mind after watching two of them, Alán Barroso and Sergio Candanedo, give out an impressive debate together.
  • Base-Breaking Character: Roma Gallardo, a youtuber specialized in political (in)correctness, causes division in the audience every time he appears in the show.
  • Broken Base: The result of many of the post-COVID topics they address can be often noted in social media.
  • Ensemble Dark Horse:
    • Usual guest Antonio Miguel Carmona, who received the popular nickname "Mr. Trending Topic" and other similar epithets for his proneness to make debates explode and fire up ratings. Jiménez has often joked they should get him an entire show potentially named Carmona and Friends.
    • Intelligence colonel Pedro Baños was already a necessary fixture in Jiménez's media, but recent events of the new 20s increased greatly his value in Horizonte, whose audience often asks about him every time they conduct a topic about geopolitics and he's not in sight.
    • As in Cuarto Milenio, Pablo Fuente remains a very for his professionalism and serenity.
    • Dr. José Cabrera, an old and polarizing Cuarto Milenio legend, made his full-time return to TV in Horizonte, quickly recovering all of his popularity and some more. He eventually replaced Carmona as the show's resident Cool Old Guy.
  • Fan Nickname: "The Bazooca Guy" or some variation for military expert José Jiménez Planelles, who was brought to show and explain military hardware in the program at the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict, becoming especially famous for a scene in which he demonstrate on-set how to use a rocket launcher.
  • Memetic Mutation:
    • César Carballo, vulcanologist.Explanation
    • Kill more Russians.Explanation
  • Unexpected Character: Dr. José Cabrera, who had left Cuarto Milenio many years earlier due to unrelated trouble, made his return to Jiménez's team for this program.
  • The Scrappy: Dr. César Carballo started his run in the show as a popular voice of the reason in midst of the COVID pandemic, but his combative personality, relentless negativism and quickly growing presence in other TV programs eventually got many people fed up of him, even if he unfortunately tends to be right more often than wrong.
  • Tear Jerker:
    • Jiménez being actually teary at one point while covering breaking news of the 2021 Tenerife crime.
    • In the first episode of the second season, Jiménez revealed that his reporter Nacho Navarro recently saw one of his relatives, a hardcore COVID disbeliever who had previously criticized Jiménez and company as liars, die of COVID. Ironic yet still sad.
