  • Nightmare Fuel: The music that plays while setting up traps is quite tense. It makes you feel like Harry and Marv will be especially dangerous.
  • No Problem with Licensed Games: When compared to most of the games made for the NES, SNES, and Game Boy by THQ, which are mediocre at best and fall hard onto the flipside of this trope at worst, this game stands out as being quite good, and not just by comparison. The presentation is Denser and Wackier than the movie it's based on, and the gameplay is more complex than your bog-standard platformer, especially for its time, what with the semi-open-world nature, crafting system, and ammo considerations.
