- Complete Monster: Samael is the leader of Legion, who seeks to summon Beelzebub and bring Hell on Earth. Seeking the Book of King Solomon, Samael has Legion possess humans to operate on Earth. After acquiring the book, Samael has his agent the Painter sacrifice people and draw summoning circles with their blood. After a group of heroes band together to stop his plots, Samael uses the possessed innocents as human shields before ordering a group of them slaughtered out of frustration. After having one hero's possessed friend try to kill him, Samael absorbs a horde of souls for a power boost before the final battle.
