YMMV / Hawkeye (2021) Episode 3 "Echoes"

• Angst? What Angst?: Despite Kate blowing up a van with at least two Tracksuits inside, she shows no remorse or guilt after she takes her first human life. Though given that she didn't know the arrow was explosive, that fact may not have really sunk in.
• Harsher in Hindsight: Maya's father is killed by Ronin and him dies in her arms. This already sad scene became even more tragic as Alaqua Cox's real-life father passed away the day the episode aired.
• Special Effects Failure: The van that Kate blows up is obviously empty as it rolls, which takes a little bit of the Angst? What Angst? out of it. Also, the shots of Kate and Tomas leaning out their respective cars during the shootout/chase to shoot at each other are very clearly green screened, which is a bit jarring because the rest of the chase is filmed normally.
