- Esoteric Happy Ending: In the anime, the viewer is supposed to believe that Haruto has learned to appreciate his wacky friends after almost losing them... which would be easier to believe if he wasn't extremely uncomfortable with the situation ever from the start, and comically suffering though stuff that would traumatize almost anyone in a more serious or cynical series.
