• Unexpected Character: Sugar and Spice appeared only once before in Batman Forever as minor characters and while not hated, they never became popular enough as Canon Foreigner henchwoman characters in the same manner Harley achieved fame as Joker's henchgirl to justify future appearances in new mediums. Because of that, it can be surprising to see the two make a cameo hanging out with Two-Face at the Legion of Doom party.
