However, "blanching" is an actual word, being used to refer to different actions, such as turning different things white, scalding food before freezing it, and many other similar concepts.
• I Knew It!: Some fans wondered: why was Old Man McGucket-this kooky, comic relief old man character who lives in a dump-able to create working advanced machinery multiple times? Because of this, fans figured out he used to be a genius inventor before some event caused him to lose his sanity prior to this episode.
