• Spiritual Successor: This series is a successor to Downbeat, the previous six-episode Mockumentary series by College Humor.
• Too Bleak, Stopped Caring: If the chef of the episode isn't a raving asshole (Anthony the food-truck douchebag, Julia the nature fanatic who would rather people die than actually do something for her customers), it's the customers that are raving assholes (the tourists ruining Pak's temple, the various people who torture Giuseppe). And the situation is such that the assholes are always the ones who win.
