- Harsher in Hindsight:
- The flash forwards to Fall 2020, where every character (besides Finn, natch) is alive, happy, and successful, something that by this point in the real 2020 was taken from Naya Rivera after her tragic accident.
- Dedicating the auditorium to Finn is something that would presumably happen on the anniversary of his death rather than any arbitrary date. The strange timeline of season 5 notwithstanding, he died in 2013, so the 2020 setting means the whole Glee club is only brought back together on the 7th anniversary of that. Keep the anniversary and swap it out for real life, this happened in less celebratory circumstances when a group got together because of Naya being found dead on the 7th anniversary that Cory was.
- Tear Jerker: The final song, which brought back all the important characters, even getting Dianna to catch a trans-Atlantic-and-America-12-hour flight for an afternoon's worth of filming.
