YMMV / Five Nights at Wario's: Cabin Fever

  • Aluminum Christmas Trees: Surprisingly, the DK Channel from Alternate Universe is not just a random choice, but it's a reference to a lost media French channel called Planète de Donkey Kong.
  • Awesome Music:
    • Chapter 2
      • What Once Was (this is the name it uses in The End), the original menu theme of the song made by NumberOneJenny, the same composer who done most of the soundtrack for Five Nights at Wario's. While not as good as The End main theme, the vibes of the songs are still quite chilling.
    • The End
      • Echoes of Deception, the main theme made by HockeyMaskedGamer. The song even uses the melody from the canned 2016 remake of Five Nights at Wario's for the first 15 seconds, as Tagey stated multiple times to love that theme.
      • Harmony and Chaos, the theme versus The Giant, also by HockeyMaskedGamer, sets the mood for the epic fight you are having.
      • Twisted Transmission which plays during the battle with the Fake Devolper during Alternate Reailty is an utterly intense theme that gives you a sense that you’re fighting an all powerful god and you’re likely doomed to die.
      • Hope Is Lost the game over theme is a tragic yet oddly hopeful tune that sounds like one is waking up from a nightmare.
  • Demonic Spiders: The Wraith and the Trojan are both pains to deal with. Wraith will constantly attack your breaker in an attempt to drain it and if he does, you’re dead by Slammer. He does make a sound cue when he attacks but good luck getting to the breaker on time when there’s at least five other monsters to deal with. The Trojan meanwhile will force you to find his cube in the cameras. You’re given very little time to do this and worse, it leaves you open to attack to the other monsters like the aforementioned Wraith and Slammer.
  • Improved Second Attempt: The End was much better received after Chapter 2 backlash, getting a lot of praise for including more gamemodes outside of the main one to make the entire thing more longer (in fact, it would technically take 6 hours to complete the entire game). Additionally, the fact that the Endgame quest is confirmed to work alongside the still not released remasters of Cabin Fever 1 and High Rollers means that Tagey was always planning those two games to be made before (or after) The End came to be.
