• Les Yay: River and Kaylee are effectively alone on Serenity, with Mal, Zoe, Jayne, and Simon on the planet and Wash incapacitated by a head wound. River helps Kaylee in the engine room and even requires her to get some sleep after long hours of work, and when River pulls off an amazing piloting maneuver, Kaylee exclaims "I could kiss you. . . in fact, I'm gonna" and kisses River's cheek.
