YMMV / Family Guy S 7 E 4 Baby Not On Board

• Harsher in Hindsight: A cutaway gag featuring James Gandolfini being fat and not using his weight room becomes this after his death from a heart attack in June 2013.
• She Really Can Act: Lois' scream just before the car crashes is surprisingly bloodcurdling and realistic, and almost sounds like Meg's scream. You can really hear the terror in Alex Borstein's voice.
• Squick: Stewie eating multiple fish sandwiches, then vomiting, then continuing to eat while stained with vomit.
• Unintentionally Unsympathetic: While Stewie was left home alone and eventually ran out of food, diapers, and just about everything else, certain circumstances make it hard to feel bad for him. He stayed up all night and went back to bed without warning, which is why he ended up home alone in the first place. And any sympathy you might have had for him when he runs out of food immediately falls out the window when you remember that Peter and Lois sent their neigbours around the house to look after Stewie in their absence to prevent such a scenario from happening (or, at least, worsening). Given that Stewie knocked them out and inexplicably chained them up in the basement, he effectively screwed himself out of being taken care of for no reason.
