• Tear Jerker: Rejecting any of the love interests; it's possible to see them all take the rejection hard, in their own fashion.
  • Rejecting Duliae seems to garner less of an emotional reaction from him than any of the other love interests, until you discover Duliae's secret: that he's been conducting Cuthintal experiments for many years on a variety of people, all of whom died, and Alenca is merely his latest victim. It's a huge betrayal of trust, and fittingly you have another chance to reject Duliae, who it's implied didn't tell her the truth even after she accepted his confession because he's deeply afraid that Alenca wouldn’t be able to forgive him. Ouch.
  • There's even the implication that if Duliae was the person who blew up the docks, he's still hiding even this key piece of information from her, most likely for the very same reason. Double ouch.
